PAYMENTS

Orders made through VGen may only be Paid via VGen's payment portals only.
Payments are generally done by 60% upfront and 40% on finish basis.
Other payment methods include:

• StreamElements (https://streamelements/tip/debaa_nyan)
• Mabinogi Exchange (GLOBAL Version, Erinn Server)

Payments via Mabinogi are done by in game Exchanges to the player Debaba On Erinn Ch4's Dunbarton Moon Gate.

REVISIONS

First revisions are generally free. The second and after are 20USD Each.
In case of General Overhaul, you may apply for a partial refund and order a new one.
Revisions on behalf of my errors (eg: missing something from the reference list) are free of charge.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Depending on the waitlist:
Regular artworks are typically done within 2-3 weeks.
PNGs are usually 1 week or less.
Others will be disclosed if available.

USE

You are generally allowed to use my graphics for personal use.
You may use my graphics as promotional material in your social medias, and as stream assets.
You may NOT use my graphics on morally grey areas such as Crypto Tokens and NFTs.
You may also NOT use my graphics in affiliation with Hate Speech, LGBT-phobias, and such.
You are NOT allowed to use my graphics for Political purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You are free to use my graphics for any purpose unless stated above.
And I deserve the right to issue a takedown if any misuse is present.
You may NOT claim to have created said graphics or claim that said graphics were created by a third party that was not Debaa.

REFUNDS

If your commission hasn't moved from the to-do list, you may issue a Full Refund.
Otherwise, you may only be able to refund partially depending on the stage of the progress.
The state of the order's progression and its corresponding refund eligibility are as follows:

• To-Do: 100% Refund Value
• Draft: 90% Refund Value
• Lineart: 60% Refund Value
• Flat Color: 20% Refund Value
• Finished/In Revision: Not Eligible for Refunds

For Illustration Types other than Full Color, Refunds are only Eigible up to their corresponding Progress.
For Example: Flat Color Works are not Legible for refund beyond the Lineart Stage.
Refunds for orders paid through Mabinogi Items are as follows:

• If said item has been consumed or has perished, The refund will be done via in-game Currency at the monthly average value of the item as seen in the Auction House
• If said item has been trade unlocked, client must provide the in game currency required to purchase a trade unlock potion from the Auction House, or the Potion itself.
• If said item was an Enchant Scroll that had expired while in my possesion, The scroll will be returned as is.
• If said item had exceeded the trade unlock limit, Client are to provide a Trade unlock limit Letter of Guarantee.
• For a partial refund, Return of the item is not possible. instead, Client are to receive a percentage of The item's average monthly value as seen in the Auction House in In-Game Currency, depending on the state of the Commission.
• Unless partially paid in cash, Client are not Eligible for a Cash Refund as per Mabinogi's Terms of Service regarding Real Money Trade.
• Cash refunds are never to exceed the initial subtitute payment.
• In case of Debaa not having enough In-Game currency to pay back for the refund, Client are entitled for a discount for use in another Commission.
