PAYMENTS

ARTY
Clients are to first inquire about the nature of their Commission to the artist.
Once agreed upon, the artist will then send a unique link to the client of that its contents will include additional commission procedures that clients are to follow.

VGEN
Orders made through VGen may only be Paid via VGen's payment portals only.
As VGen's email notification could go unnoticed by the Artist, Clients are to inquire the Artist to their preferred communication method about the order before submitting one.

Cliets are subject to each respective payment processors' terms and conditions

REVISIONS

First minor revisions are generally free. The second and after are 20USD Each.
In case of General Overhaul, you may apply for a partial refund and order a new one.
Revisions on behalf of my errors (eg: missing something from the reference list) are free of charge.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Depending on the waitlist:
Regular artworks are typically done within 2-4 weeks.
PNGs are usually 1 week or less.
Others will be disclosed if available.

USE

You are generally allowed to use my graphics for personal use.
You may use my graphics as promotional material in your social medias, and as stream assets.
You may NOT use my graphics on morally grey areas such as Crypto Tokens and NFTs.
You may also NOT use my graphics in affiliation with Hate Speech, LGBT-phobias, and such.
You are NOT allowed to use my graphics for Political purposes.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

You are free to use my graphics for any purpose unless stated above.
And I deserve the right to issue a takedown if any misuse is present.
You may NOT claim to have created said graphics or claim that said graphics were created by a third party that was not Debaa.

REFUNDS

If your commission hasn't moved from the to-do list, you may issue a Full Refund.
Otherwise, you may only be able to refund partially depending on the stage of the progress.
The state of the order's progression and its corresponding refund eligibility are as follows:
  • To-Do: 100% Refund Value
  • Draft: 90% Refund Value
  • Lineart: 60% Refund Value
  • Flat Color: 20% Refund Value
  • Finished/In Revision: Not Eligible for Refunds
For Illustration Types other than Full Color, Refunds are only Eigible up to their corresponding Progress.
For Example: Flat Color Works are not Legible for refund beyond the Lineart Stage.

Pricing depends on the price of your base illustration plus the base price of your animation type.

Traditional Animating fee Starting at $75 per character/object
with an extra $5 per frame after the 8th non-duplicate frame.
Duplicate looping frames are exempt from the extra charge.
